Upgrades is an education company that provides individuals and companies with tailored instruction in languages and other academic subjects. Our customers are everyone from families with small children to some of Sweden’s largest companies.

Who works with us?

Every month, over 700 coaches work with us to teach others, using the knowledge that they have. Many of our coaches are also students themselves, studying at university or college, but this is not required.

We know there are many more of you out there! You have the knowledge, experience and energy that our customers are looking for. That’s why we are always recruiting enthusiastic individuals who want to help others develop – while you receive a rewarding job!

Who are we looking for?

Upgrades offers childcare and private tutoring in languages – mainly in English, French, German, Mandarin, Spanish and Swedish. We are right now looking for new caregivers and tutors in all the languages above. As an Upgrades caregiver and/or tutor, you can choose from assignments with families to tutoring at some of Sweden’s biggest companies.

Application Process


Create your profile

In order for us to know who you are and what you can teach others, we ask you to start the application process by creating your profile on Upgrades Online.


Register your interest

Once you have created your profile, you can log-on to Upgrades Online and read through all of the assignments that we have available in your location and subject area. When you find assignments that suit you, then you can register your interest directly via Upgrades Online.



We will contact you for a personal interview, where we can get to know each other better. For the interview, please bring your academic transcript and official registry form.


Security and employment

After the first interview, we check your references and official registry form, before we can offer you employment with us. As an employee, you are automatically insured by Upgrades, during your working hours.


Training and matching

When you become an employee, we will match you with the assignment(s) that are appropriate for you. We will make sure that you receive the proper training and information you need for your assignment. You decide how much you want to work and the times that suit you.
