With Upgrades intensive private lessons in Italian, Mandarin or Arabic you get the opportunity to learn the language in an efficient way in a short amount of time. The course’s tailor-made contents are based on your requirements and wishes.

Here at Upgrades we know that everyone has different needs, and therefore always offer a tailor-made study plan based on your current level of proficiency according to the CEFR-scale as well as desired development areas. Together with your matched language coach you develop and improve your language skills, at your own pace, through theory and practical exercises.
You can freely choose how to schedule your private lessons during the 2-weekvalidity period.
We are not happy until you as a customer have reached and surpassed your goals, as well as having been motivated to continue to learn the language on your own after the course has concluded.
HOW IT WORKS
Register interest
The process begins by you registering interest – we then follow up via telephone or email at which time you will get more information and the opportunity to ask questions.
Customer presentation and order
If you wish to proceed you fill in a customer presentation containing your requirements and wishes regarding the education, for example the desired day, time and profile of the language coach.
Matching and scheduling trial lesson
Within 2 weeks we will reach out to you and present a language coach, and help you schedule all the intensive course lessons.
Follow-up with Coach
Before the first lesson, a preparatory phone call between you and the coach is scheduled. This is to give both parties a chance to further discuss the set-up and contents of the intensive course.
Continuation and evaluation
At the conclusion of the course we at Upgrades will follow up with you to evaluate and discuss a potential continuation.
