Upgrades language training for children is an individualized support with language studies for students in elementary and high school. The language tutoring suits any ambition level or specific grade goals. As a family you tell us what languages you would like to work on, but also what goals the student has.

Based on your needs and requirements, we match a language coach who will work to help the student reach their goals. Our education packages are flexible, but we recommend that you designate a fixed day of the week to help create continuity.

During the language tutoring, each lesson is tailored to suit the student’s specific requirements. We mix literature with school materials and exercises, striving to meet your goals. Our focus is to raise school performance and build self-esteem. Between the lessons you can easily monitor the development via your customer portal, Upgrades Online.

How it works

Register interest and customer presentation

The process starts with you as a family sending in a notification of interest, this is followed up via phone or email where you get more information and are given the opportunity to ask questions.

Matching and presentation of language coach

If you choose to proceed, you send in a customer presentation containing wishes regarding the teaching, e.g. day, time and the possible profile of the language coach.

Trial lesson & continual language training

Within 2 weeks, we will contact you to introduce your language coach, as well as to help book the first lesson.

Conclusion of education package - Follow-up and continuation

The first lesson with us is always a try-on lesson, after the first opportunity we follow up with you and make sure that you are satisfied with your coach and the tailored plan.

Continual follow-up and evaluation

At the end of the training, we at Upgrades follow up with you to evaluate and discuss possible continuation.

How is payment managed?

Once you have confirmed how many lessons you wish to purchase, we will issue your invoice. You may choose to pay the full amount or to divide the sum due in to three monthly payments. Invoices are sent via email and have 10-day payment terms. We are unable to accept cash or card payments.

What is the difference between ongoing training and pre-paid packages?

Upgrades ongoing language training is invoiced in advance for the selected number of lessons per month. Ongoing language training is a minimum of three months with a one-month notice period. Pre-paid packages are 

Where does the tutoring take place?

Lessons take place at the venue of your choice. This can be in the home or at our offices (if in Stockholm). There is an additional hourly charge for addresses outside of the city center.
