Book Course: Swedish Course B1:1 - Tuesdays

Welcome to our B1.1 Swedish course! Tuesdays 16:00-18:15

The B1 level is usually characterized by the ability to manage interactive situations and to address your questions and thoughts in different situations. 

Listening proficiency and verbal interaction:

You will work on enhancing your ability to understand longer discussions around you and effectively express yourself. You are expected to initiate and actively lead these conversations, even if your vocabulary and linguistic repertoire are limited.

Practising and developing grammar skills to the next level:

The grammar instruction in this course is presented as “Communicative grammar”, designed to support your use of the Swedish in the situations where you are expected to demonstrate the competence in everyday life and in work and professional contexts. 

Gathering and processing information within medium-length texts:

Along with other skills you will practise reading of non-complex factual texts about well-known topics. The texts will be outlined for the professional and work areas, and hobbies. The contexts will comprise daily and slightly formal vocabulary with high frequency. 

Please note: Each lesson is 2hours and 15minutes.
