Your contact person at Upgrades always follows up after the first session personally. This ensures that you are happy and that the set-up and coach match works. After this is established, you can then continuously follow all instruction via your customer portal on Upgrades Online. This is where the coach reports what you have done during each session and how the progress is moving forward.

At the end of your instruction, we follow-up to check that you have met the goals we set initially.
