How Language Courses work

Book your place

The booking is made via our website, email, or over the telephone. You choose the level and course date that suit you.

Confirmation and invoice

As soon as we have registered your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Within the following days, you will also receive your invoice via email. The invoice should be paid within ten days. At the latest, the invoice should be paid prior to the start of the course.

Welcome to your Upgrades Course

Approximately one week before the course starts, we send out a welcome email with all practical information summarized. Your instructor will also contact you to confirm your present language skills, level and goals you have with the course. If you register after the first week of the term, you are welcome to join the next available class.
