Application Process

Create your profile

In order for us to know who you are and what you can teach others, we ask you to start the application process by creating your profile on Upgrades Online.

Register your interest

Once you are registered, you can log-on to Upgrades Online and read through all of the assignments that we have available in your location and subject area. When you find assignments that suit you, then you can register your interest directly via Upgrades Online.

Interview

We will contact you for a personal interview, where we can get to know each other better. For the interview, please bring your academic transcript and official registry form.

Security and employment

After the first interview, we check your references and official registry form, before we can offer you employment with us. As an employee, you are automatically insured by Upgrades, during your working hours.

Training & matching

When you become an employee, we will match you with the assignment(s) that are appropriate for you. We will make sure that you receive the proper training and information you need for your assignment. You decide how much you want to work and the times that suit you.
